Scope Of Work
- Install up to 5 Actiphy backup agents into the designated machines or guests and set one scheduled backup plan on each agent.
- The task only includes software installation and plan setting, our engineer will NOT wait for the backup completed.
- Our service is only subject to Actiphy only, we will not provide any service for OS, third-party programs, storage, networking, etc.
- The tasks can be done remotely or onsite.
- Onsite: The services are only available for working days office hours (Monday-Friday, 09:30 am – 18:30 pm, except for all holidays), for each onsite task (For example, the service time starts counting as our colleague leaving the office until they return to the office)
- Remote: The services are only available for working days office hours (Monday-Friday, 09:30 am – 18:30 pm, except for all holidays), all remote sessions should be agreed upon by the Version 2 Limited technical team and the reseller / customer.
Remarks: If the reseller / customer wants to reschedule the planned session, please update our colleague 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the service token will be consumed.
Requirements
- The target system must be fulfilling the “System Requirements” below and provide valid storage for storing the backup image files, e.g.: USB HDD, NAS, Samba network storage, cloud storage supported by AIP, etc.
