The Challenge: Tool Fragmentation

Upon joining as Head of IT Operations, Sam Blyth recognized that the company’s rapid growth had led to a patchwork of IT tools. "Some tools did certain things and other tools did other things. We wanted everything to work in a nice, clean, and coherent way," Blyth explains.

Manual laptop setup is a thing of the past. Multiverse deployed over 300 laptops in just three months with ease. By integrating JumpCloud with HiBob (their HR platform), user offboarding is now automated, saving the IT team significant manual labor.
