ICS Compute utilizes the "all-in-one" nature of JumpCloud to manage hardware, laptops, OS updates, and servers. Key features in use include:

Groups

User groups allow the team to grant specific access based on roles (e.g., Finance, Professional Services, R&D), ensuring security through segregation of duties.

Commands & Policies

The company uses JumpCloud commands to install endpoint security and policies to enforce hard-disk encryption, MFA, and password requirements.

Conditional Access

Access is secured based on user conditions; for example, users must log into a VPN if they are not in the physical office before accessing SSO.

Password Manager

ICS Compute migrated from a previous solution to JumpCloud Password Manager to store and protect user credentials locally on devices while maintaining central management.
